Michael Getter
Prior to co-founding Clinfinity, Michael Getter worked as an independent contractor specializing in biostatistics analysis across all phases of drug development.  His clinical trials experience spans nearly 15 years and includes a broad range of small to large-sized pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations across a number of therapeutic areas.  Before operating as an independent contractor, Michael coordinated all Phase I-IV clinical studies and post-marketing statistical programming activities within a pharmaceutical company based in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Other relevant clinical trial experience includes eight years as an Applications Analyst at the Collaborative Studies Coordinating Center (CSCC) within the Department of Biostatistics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Michael holds an M.S. degree in Biostatistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami (OH) University.

Tanya C
Tanya co-founded Clinfinity with Michael Getter.  Tanya has worked in clinical trials for pharmaceutical and contract research organizations (CROs) for 10 years.  Tanya has performed in a variety of industry settings, with overall responsibility for the analysis and programming of Phase I-IV clinical trials supporting regulatory submissions and postmarketing activities.  She was previously employed at Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc., where she coordinated and facilitated programming requests for biostatistics.  Tanya began her career in the pharmaceutical and CRO industry during her undergraduate years.  While completing her B.S. in 2000, Tanya interned at Quintiles, one of the leading CROs.  She worked in a quality control role as a liaison between the statisticians and programmers to ensure a quality product was being delivered to the clients.  While there, she gained vast industry knowledge and a keen eye for detail, and she continued at Quintiles after graduation.
